- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items such as digital products, downloadable goods, and perishable items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges
